Payment is required at start. We will arrange with you to get your logo, other graphics, and data you want on the card. We will provide professional setup of your card (if needed), two-sided, 4 colors on both sides with UV coating on front. You will be asked to approve your setup prior to printing.  

Sales Tax Rate applies to delivery in California. Delivery is via UPS or USPS to home or business only, no PO Box.

All delivery schedules are approximate. Sometimes situations (like bad weather, holidays, etc.) beyond our control can interfere with delivery times.

  • Coating Options
    Aqueous CoatingIt is used to protect and enhance the printed piece. Aqueous coating is applied to all 100lb gloss book and 100lb gloss cover.
    UV CoatingA liquid coating applied on the box, which is then bonded and cured with ultraviolet light. This coating is used to provide a protective coating to the printed image. Please note that you CAN NOT write or imprint on uv coated jobs.
    Matte: A coating that is matte or flat, not as shiny like gloss coated, but still keeps much of the ink from being absorbed by the paper and produces an excellent image.
    Spot UV CoatingA liquid coating applied to the printed piece only in specific areas as opposed to all over coating. Indicate what areas you would like to have UV by providing a mask file where UV areas are black and No UV areas are white.
Before you decide to cancel …

  • We start processing your order upon receipt.
  • A minimum processing charge of $25.00 applies.
  • Orders already on the press cannot be cancelled.

Modifications of an Order 

  • Modifications received after an order has been started may incur additional costs.
  • If you discover a necessary modification, please notify us right away–we may be able to modify an order before it goes on the press. No modification or cancellation after an order has been submitted for printing.

Errors Found After Order Submitted to Print

  • Contact us immediately. We may be able to pull your order back. However, if an order was approved for printing, and is already on the press, we cannot retrieve your order nor can we refund your payment. It’s important to ensure that your order is accurate before you Approve For Printing. If you need to re-print an order due to an error, we may be able to discount the repeated order. We will work with you to get your order corrected and re-submitted at a cost adjustment (if possible).


If your order arrives damaged,  or you believe that the printing process resulted in damage to your order, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will work with you and the printshop to get your order replaced as quickly as possible. If you choose to cancel your order, the design portion of the order is non-refundable.
